Do you have one-day passes? Nope - Affilifest is built as a full two-day experience, so we don’t offer single-day tickets. Every ticket includes access to both days of the conference (and trust us, you won’t want to miss either).
Can I share my ticket with someone else between days? Sorry, no tag-teaming! Tickets are linked to your name, and you’ll need valid ID to pick up your badge. Badges can’t be shared or swapped between people.
I can’t make it anymore - can I get a refund? We don’t offer refunds, as stated in our terms and conditions. But if you can’t make it, you can transfer your ticket to someone else - just let us know at least 48 hours before the event and we’ll sort it.
I need a visa to attend - can you send me an invitation letter? Absolutely. Once you’ve registered, just complete this short form and we’ll send you an invitation letter within 48 hours.
Can I register on the day?
You can! But you can be save time and money if you register before you arrive so you can start enjoying the event asap.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can nominate a substitute attendee any time up to 48 hours before the event. Just drop us a quick email at hello@affilifest.com with their details.
Heads up: we can’t process badge swaps onsite, so make sure to get in touch in advance.
