  1. Each huddle focuses on one of the key challenges facing the channel today. From proving incrementality and managing margin pressure to integrating creators and influencing internal stakeholders, these sessions create space for honest, practical conversations about what’s actually happening inside brands right now. Groups are intentionally small to encourage participation, peer learning and open discussion. Each session is led by an experienced industry leader who will guide the conversation, share perspectives from across the market and help surface practical ideas you can take back to your own programme. Expect candid insights, shared experiences and plenty of ideas you can put into action straight away.

  1. After the Leadership Huddles, attendees will break into smaller peer groups based on brand size: Enterprise, Mid-Market and Lean teams. These sessions are designed to create more relevant, open conversations with peers facing similar challenges. Each cohort will explore the realities of running affiliate and partnership programmes at different scales, from resource constraints and internal influence to partner strategy, growth expectations and measurement. The format is informal and discussion-led, giving brand leaders the space to share experiences, compare approaches and learn from others operating at a similar stage.

  1. We’ll wrap up the day by bringing the room back together to share the key insights that emerged across the Leadership Huddles and brand cohort discussions. Expect a fast-paced recap of the most interesting ideas, challenges and patterns that came up throughout the sessions. It’s a chance to reflect on what we’ve learned, hear perspectives from other groups.

After the Huddles, we’re heading to a pub nearby for drinks. While Brand Huddle is brand-only, this part of the evening is open to the wider affiliate community.
