Where is it happening?
We’ll be at Regent’s Park, London. The exact location pin will be shared closer to the day, keep an eye on your inbox!
What time should I arrive?
The event runs from 1pm to 4pm, but please arrive by 12:45pm so we can start bang on time.
Are there refreshments or facilities?
Toilets and water filling stations are just a 2-minute walk from the site. Bring your own water bottle (BYOwB!) and feel free to pack your own snacks, soft drinks, or even a cheeky beer, the park has an open policy.
Team Colours
You’ll be assigned a team colour, and we’ll be providing t-shirts for everyone—no need to worry about digging out anything from your wardrobe.
Your team lead will be in touch shortly to collect your t-shirt size, so keep an eye out!
Team Members
Haven’t confirmed your full team yet? No problem! You’ll be able to add or update your team members at a later date, just make sure we’ve got your captain registered for now.
Flying solo? You can also sign up as a Free Agent and we’ll match you with others to form a team of 10. It’s a great way to meet new people and get stuck in!

Anything else to know?
Wear comfy clothes and trainers, bring suncream (or an umbrella - this is the UK), and most importantly, bring the energy. It’s all about fun, friendly rivalry, and team spirit.
Why are we doing this?
This isn’t the Olympics - it’s Sports Day! We’re coming together to raise money for a great cause, get to know each other, and have a laugh (even if that means hopping across a field with a spoon in your mouth).
It’s all about fun, charity, and community, so bring your A-game attitude, not your elbows. Let’s lift each other up, not just the bean bags.
Are there drinks afterwards?
Absolutely! We’ll be heading to The Albany from 4pm for some well-earned post-match refreshments.
It’s just a 10-minute walk from the park once we wrap up - plenty of time to swap stories, celebrate the chaos, and toast to a day well played.
