Rachael has worked in affiliates for the past 6 years, taking on a more traditional role at Regatta 2 years ago, where she manages the affiliate program across 3 brands, and 7 locales internationally. Prior to this she was in hospitality sales and business development for over 10 years. She's passionate about building relationships, and understanding cause and effect and the impact this has on performance marketing. (loves a spreadsheet) Outside of work she is mum to a 7 year old boy, 3 cats (crazy cat lady) and loves everything outdoors. Which means this role at Regatta ticks all my boxes!
