Alia is the Tracking Manager at TopCashback, making sure cashback tracks properly by spotting and raising issues. She keeps an eye on conversion rates, works with networks, and helps keep things running smoothly. Lately, she’s been working with James Little and Moonpull on cookies and consent, especially after the ICO ruled loyalty cookies essential. After six months in the role, having moved from customer service, she brings the customer’s voice to tracking discussions. She’s always keen to learn, connect, and share ideas in the tracking world.
