Alexandra is a Regional Business Strategy and DEI Lead at Awin. She is one of very few trans women of colour in UK business leadership, moving into this role after specialising in advertiser management and telecoms. As a DEI leader, she has helped make the industry a more inclusive space, and Awin into one of its leading examples - ensuring inclusion is embedded into her sector’s culture. As a volunteer at Trans+ Solidarity Alliance – she organised the largest LGBTQ+ mass lobby of Parliament in British political history and continues to devote herself to a better future for her trans siblings.
