After the Leadership Huddles, attendees will break into smaller peer groups based on brand size: Enterprise, Mid-Market and Lean teams.

These sessions are designed to create more relevant, open conversations with peers facing similar challenges. Each cohort will explore the realities of running affiliate and partnership programmes at different scales, from resource constraints and internal influence to partner strategy, growth expectations and measurement.

The format is informal and discussion-led, giving brand leaders the space to share experiences, compare approaches and learn from others operating at a similar stage.
