The Top Women in Affiliate List celebrates the brilliant women leading, creating, building, and shaping the future of our industry...from affiliate managers and publishers to founders, tech partners, and content creators.

This isn’t about job titles or years in the game. It’s about ideas, influence, and impact. 

Why We’re Doing It

Affiliate marketing is full of women doing incredible work...but too often, their stories go untold. We want to change that.

The Women in Affiliate List is our way of shining a light on the women transforming the space, mentoring the next generation, and pushing the industry forward in their own ways. Whether that’s launching new programs, building publisher partnerships, leading on data and innovation, or creating the kind of content that inspires others to think differently.

Anyone who identifies as a woman and works within the affiliate or partnership space...whether brand-side, publisher-side, network, agency, or tech partner. You don’t need decades of experience or a massive team behind you. We’re looking for women making a difference, big or small.

We’ll be curating 25 incredible women, plus 10 Rising Stars who are new to the space but already making waves.
